ORAL AND POSTER COMMUNICATION GUIDELINES
Instructions for Authors – ECVSMR 2024 Scientific Meeting
All presentations should be done in English.
1. Oral presentations
- General session : Oral presentations will be 15 minutes in duration, 10 of which should be dedicated to presentation of the abstract information, and 5 to answering relevant questions from the audience, then transition between successive presenters.
- Resident forum : Oral presentations will be 20 minutes in duration, 15 of which should be dedicated to presentation of the abstract information, and 5 to answering relevant questions from the audience, then transition between successive presenters.
All authors of presentations at the Resident forum are automatically candidates for the VAHL Research Award.
2. Poster presentations
Posters should be ‘A0 size’ in portrait orientation (84 cm horizontal x 119 cm vertical in dimension). Free template.
Posters are expected to be available for viewing throughout the duration of the meeting.
During specified periods (information to come), one or more of the authors will be expected to attend their poster to answer specific questions regarding content.
