Nieves Pastor
Graduated from the University of Extremadura (Spain) in 2006. She has been working at the Teaching University Hospital since then and as an Associate Professor in the Surgery area since 2018, completing her PhD in 2016. She has a University Master in Veterinary Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation in dogs and cats at Complutense University of Madrid (Spain) and a diplomate in Veterinary Acupuncture (by IVAS) in 2016. Creator and chief of the Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine Department at the Teaching Veterinary Hospital UEX since 2013. Her main interest is based on regenerative therapies and neuromuscular rehabilitation in small animals. She is nowadays a resident of the European College of Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation.
